Electrical Apprentice Role

This electrical apprentice role plays a key part in supporting the engineering team with preventative maintenance and improvement projects across various sites. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with ongoing preventative maintenance activities.
  • Working alongside senior engineering team members on maintenance and improvement tasks.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, including general cleaning duties.
  • Supporting engineering projects across various locations.
  • Taking ownership of maintenance tasks and schedules, working independently where required.
  • Actively participating in team meetings and toolbox talks.
  • Following instructions from the project manager and licensed electrician.

About You

  • A currently enrolled third or fourth-year electrical apprentice.
  • Experienced or familiar with industrial electrical work.
  • In possession of a valid car license.
  • Aware of and committed to workplace health and safety standards.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and accountable.
  • A strong team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Able to perform under pressure during peak periods.
  • Hands-on and enjoys practical work.
  • Solution-oriented and eager to learn.
