Master Painter Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Spray Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to work in a safe manner, excellent communication skills, and high attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Colour mix and match vehicles after preparation and painting
- Build and maintain a colour library
- Prep, prime, and paint vehicles as per Job Sheet requirements following paint supplier's process
- Buff and denib vehicles
- Handle all vehicles with due care and attention
- Notate any extra paint work required that is not quoted for
- Report any old damage or poor previous repairs to production manager
- Clean work bay and workshop areas
- Coach apprentices when required
About You:
- Trade qualified Spray Painter
- Minimum 3 years experience working as a trade qualified Spray Painter
- Strong commitment to work in a safe manner
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Able to work effectively and collaboratively with the team
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
- Be reliable, punctual & hardworking
- Own tools to fulfil the role
