About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Clinician to join our Crisis Assessment Treatment Team (CATT) in Peninsula Health. As a member of this multidisciplinary team, you will provide mental health assessment and treatment to individuals requiring urgent, short-term, or ongoing intensive community-based mental health support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct face-to-face holistic assessments in community clinics and consumers' homes
  • Provide early discharge management and Mental Health Telephone Triage
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive assessment and treatment services
Requirements

We are looking for a qualified Occupational Therapist, Social Worker, Registered Psychiatric Nurse, or Clinical Psychologist with relevant registration and qualifications. You will have proven ability in supporting consumers with significant mental illness and experience in crisis intervention, counselling, psychosocial rehabilitation, and recovery-oriented practice.
