About the Role

The Longridge Group is a leading lifestyle builder in South Australia, with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality homes. As a Senior Estimator, you will play a crucial role in executing end-to-end estimating activities for the business, adding real value with your technical ability and knowledge of the Adelaide market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute estimating activities for the business, ensuring technical accuracy and quality commercial results.
  • Work closely with senior management to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including builders and project managers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to improve estimating processes and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the Building and Operations Manager to ensure seamless execution of estimating activities.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven estimating and technical experience within the building industry, preferably in volume housing.
  • Strong commercial skills, including contract management and financial analysis.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • A deep understanding of home building processes and quality control measures.
  • Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to tailor a message to your audience.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality results and a commitment to excellence.
