We are seeking a skilled Mission Critical Platform Operations Engineer to join our team at Epsilon. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and stability of our production systems, environments, and offerings.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global company that values diversity, equality, and inclusion. As a member of our Platform Operations team, you will have the chance to collaborate with other teams, including Customer Support, Technical Account Management, Engineering, and Customer Success.
The successful candidate will have experience in platform operations engineering, SRE, or DevOps, as well as industry experience in a support role in a business-to-business environment. They will also possess proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and its services, such as Bigtable, Pub/Sub, and GKE.
In addition to technical skills, we are looking for someone who can provide excellent customer support and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities:- Design, implement, and operate a support model that meets the needs of our customers.
- Provide proactive solutions for incident and problem detection, response, and resolution.
- Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 system availability.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that production/system reliability is prioritized.
