Job Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to patients and families as the first point of contact for our organisation.

Main Responsibilities
  • Update patient administration systems
  • Direct patient enquiries in person and over the phone
  • Assist admissions office staff for smooth patient admission processes
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Demonstrated experience in a customer service environment
  • Experience handling telephone enquiries of a sensitive nature
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to prioritise workloads and use initiative
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a multidisciplinary team and patients, visitors, and their families
  • Computer literacy and attention to detail
Benefits

This is a temporary part-time position, working 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm. An eligibility list may be created for future vacancies.
