We are seeking a seasoned Business Services professional to join our dynamic team.

Business Advisory Assistant Manager - Melbourne Opportunity

About the Job:

You will contribute significantly to our fast-growing business and help build our future as well as your career by:

  • Preparation of tax assignments and financial statements.
  • Communication with clients and regulatory bodies.
  • Preparation of billing and delegation of tasks.
  • Supporting junior staff in various matters, providing technical and non-technical guidance.
  • Driving business development, improving efficiencies, and developing internal and external networks.

About You:

We seek an individual with:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in Business Services/Advisory Accounting with an Australian accounting firm.
  • A Bachelor of Commerce degree (or equivalent) and Chartered Accountants Program (or CPA).
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, MYOB, and Xero.
  • Working knowledge of Class Super is highly regarded.
  • The ability to lead teams and work collaboratively.
  • Confidence in dealing with clients and technical issues.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • A willingness to learn and grow.
