We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Team Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of occupational therapists and overseeing the delivery of services to NDIS participants.

With a focus on leadership and collaboration, you will work closely with other senior therapists to mentor and coach our team members. The role offers a great opportunity for professional growth and development.

The ideal candidate must have general AHPRA as an OT, full working rights, and a passion for leadership and supporting NDIS participants. This is a challenging and rewarding role that offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients.

We value staff retention and would prefer candidates who are able to start in Jan/Feb. However, we are open to discussing alternative start dates with the right candidate.
