About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Buyer to join our Women's Sleep and Hosiery team. As a key member of our apparel team, you will be responsible for building and trading a department range that delivers our strategy, vision, and financial KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a range plan that meets our sales and profitability targets.
  • Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to build assortment plans that drive sales and profitability.
  • Establish a clear pricing architecture that balances fashion, quality, and style.
  • Trade and negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best possible prices and terms.
  • Leverage customer insights and data to optimize sales and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Business, or Retail.
  • At least 4 years' experience in Buying, Design, or Product Development in a specialty retail environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a supplier and sourcing strategy.
  • Experience in implementing merchandise strategy and trading business within season.
  • Solid understanding of the total retail landscape and excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
