Job Title: Senior Property Manager

Are you a seasoned Property Manager looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Property Manager to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring timely rent reviews and arrears control.
  • Liaise with landlords and tenants, providing excellent customer service.
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance, ensuring properties are well-maintained.
  • Market properties to attract new tenants and maximize rental income.

Requirements:

  • Current Certificate of Registration.
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in Property Management.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong leadership qualities.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Own car and driver's license.
