Senior Solutions Architect

We are seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to lead the design, deployment and implementation of VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) solutions in production environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deploy virtual machines (VMs) and clusters to meet business needs.
  • Lead the end-to-end deployment and implementation of VMware VCF solutions, including installation, configuration, and integration of VMware technologies.
  • Create detailed test cases to cover functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Provide high-level support for system-related issues and resolve complex technical problems.
  • Test, debug, diagnose and fix faults in VCF applications using defect management tools.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on VMware VCF and work closely with customers to gather requirements and explain features and capabilities.
  • Produce high-quality documentation and provide training to customers on VMware VCF solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience with VMware technologies (vSphere, vSAN, NSX, Aria Suite) in production environments.
  • Strong knowledge of VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) and experience deploying full-stack solutions on VCF.
  • Technical proficiency with virtualization, cloud technologies, and enterprise infrastructure components.
  • Experience with automation and orchestration tools such as Ansible, PowerShell, or Python.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong customer-facing communication skills.
  • VMware Certifications such as VCP, VCAP, or VCDX are desirable.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with hybrid and multi-cloud architectures.
  • Understanding of networking, storage, and security concepts in VMware environments.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) principles and tools.
