Key Responsibilities:- Steer the modernization of our IT infrastructure platforms to drive superior customer satisfaction.
- Take a collaborative approach with stakeholders and team members to achieve collective success.
- Utilize expertise to continually enhance processes and boost efficiency in managing hybrid on-premises cloud technology platforms.
As the successful candidate, you will be accountable for Windows services, storage, networking, telecommunication, mobility, and business applications within the technology division.
A strong leader with experience motivating technical staff in a matrix business environment is required.
Requirements:- Proven experience in supporting and conducting network infrastructure diagnostics, monitoring, and analysis for vendors such as Fortinet, Cisco Meraki, and/or Aruba.
- Expert-level knowledge of current technology and application concepts and standards.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, including stakeholder management.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in IT/Information Systems or a related discipline, accompanied by extensive demonstrated relevant experience.
- Relevant industry certifications e.g., ITIL, PRINCE2, Microsoft Azure/365 certification.
