We are seeking an accomplished Clinical Solutions Expert to join our team in a dynamic role that combines clinical and business acumen.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled professional to work closely with our Neuromodulation team, providing technical and clinical excellence to implanters and clinical stakeholders across QLD. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales revenue and market share targets by delivering exceptional support and guidance to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Territory Managers to understand the clinical and service needs of specific customers, providing high-level clinical service and technical support.

  • Support account sales strategies to drive sales and territory results through regular contact with key specialists and technical staff.

  • Conduct on-site clinical education, training, and consulting to specified customers, ensuring they receive the best possible care and outcomes.

  • Identify and execute growth opportunities with Sales/Clinical Support & Management Team, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth.

  • Serve as a technical resource to support sales of specific medical products or solutions, providing expert knowledge and guidance.

  • Proactively meet with Territory Managers and other Clinical Specialists to manage case coverage requirements for the state, ensuring seamless delivery of services.

  • Support inventory monitoring and control, including maintaining appropriate levels of stock in each location and expediting delivery as needed.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 8 years relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience) in a clinical or related field.

  • Comprehensive clinical and technical knowledge, including proficiency in clinical papers and ability to ask skillful questions.

  • Strong understanding of the neuromodulation clinical offerings and ability to communicate effectively with customers.

  • Advanced knowledge of internal hospital workings, including purchasing, consignment, clinics, patient & implant scheduling, and key influencers.

  • Computer literacy, including sound knowledge of the MS Office suite of software.

  • Maintain a valid driver's license.
