Job Title: Behaviour Support Practitioner

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team. As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive assessments, evidence-based treatment, therapy planning, and clinical reporting to clients with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care to clients
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualised treatment plans
  • Provide high-quality therapy and support services to clients
  • Maintain accurate and detailed client records
Requirements:
  • Full NDIS Commission registration (Core, Proficient or Advance)
  • A driver's licence and own vehicle
  • WWCC, Police Check, NDIS Worker Check
  • Previous NDIS experience is highly regarded
