Lead Team Member - Child and Family Services

This is a full-time opportunity to provide guidance and support to families facing complex challenges.

As a key member of our team, you will lead by example, demonstrating empathy and confidence in all your interactions. You will work closely with caseworkers to ensure that families receive the necessary support to thrive.

You will also develop and maintain strong partnerships with local services and communities to achieve positive outcomes for children and families.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in social science or a related field, along with strong leadership skills and a collaborative approach. A minimum of 3 years' experience in child and family casework is required, as well as a current NSW Working with Children Check and driver's licence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and coaching to caseworkers to ensure families receive optimal support.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with local services and communities to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Support families experiencing complex challenges, working closely with caseworkers to ensure their needs are met.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in social science or a related field.
  • Strong leadership skills and a collaborative approach.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in child and family casework.
  • Current NSW Working with Children Check and driver's licence.
