About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our client's team. As a key member of the warehouse operations team, you will be responsible for operating high reach forklifts, counterbalance forklifts, and other equipment to ensure efficient and safe material handling practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate high reach forklifts up to 5 racks high to retrieve and store inventory
  • Assist the manufacturing team in receiving and dispatching goods, including loading and unloading delivery trucks
  • Counterbalance forklift operation to load and unload trucks
  • Packaging finished goods and managing inventory documentation
  • RF scanning and maintaining accurate inventory records
  • Adhere to strict WHS policies and procedures on site
Requirements
  • Experience working in a food manufacturing environment (advantageous)
  • LF forklift license and strong mechanical aptitude
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and commitment to safety
