The Role

We're seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Specialist to build procurement capability across One Power, based out of our Sydney offices. Ideally, you'll have at least 2 years' experience in procurement, project or category management.

  • Extensive experience in procurement, project, or category management.
  • Exceptional skills in negotiation, influencing, organization, and project management, with a solid background in the technology sector.
  • Proven track record of managing change and thriving in a growing, complex business environment.
  • Natural talent for building collaborative and effective relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and people management abilities; while you won't have direct reports, you'll leverage these skills to influence and guide stakeholders effectively.
  • Sharp business acumen and problem-solving skills that will ensure your success in this role.
