We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our Field team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of our mechanical equipment and ensuring the highest level of safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the maintenance activities of a team of tradespeople and apprentices
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety protocols
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance
  • Mentor and train employees to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication
Requirements
  • Relevant trade qualification and experience in mechanical maintenance
  • Proven leadership and supervisory skills, with a strong focus on safety and quality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
  • Current driver's license and willingness to travel to remote sites
  • Supervisor certificate and G2 certification
  • Working at Heights, Confined Space, and Gas Test Atmosphere certifications
