We are seeking a Senior Design Director to join our Residential team at Redpath Partners. As a key member of our team, you will work on designing projects that make a positive impact on the community.

About the Studio
  • Our studio is diversified with public and private clients and has secured project wins to solidify our 2025 pipeline.
  • We offer a range of infrastructure, rail, multi-residential, healthcare, and educational projects.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage diverse teams to deliver high-quality designs.
  • Maintain relationships with contractors and sub-consultants.
  • Ensure QA on projects throughout the lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • 20 years of experience in residential architecture, post-graduation of Bachelor of Architecture.
  • NSW Registration and DBP Accreditation.
  • Front-end design talent, conceptual flair, and communication skills to articulate designs.
  • Client relationship management skills to listen, guide, and influence.
  • Technical knowledge to complement upfront design talent.
  • Leadership skills to manage, build, and foster internal talent.
  • Multi-residential design experience in the Sydney market.
