About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry Level Sales and Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process sales orders with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Handle inbound sales calls and customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Liaise with warehouse personnel to monitor stock availability and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Follow up with transport companies to track the status of customer orders and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Prepare and send quotes to customers in a prompt and effective manner.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required in any field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
  • High level of attention to detail, with the ability to accurately process information and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, while also being able to work independently with minimal supervision.
