**Job Overview**

Charterhouse is seeking an experienced Credit and Collections Specialist to join our team on a permanent full-time basis. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for reviewing ledgers, maintaining customer accounts, and ensuring payment terms are adhered to.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Review and analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer accounts
  • Chase bad debt and reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO)
  • Prepare and review financial statements and reconciliations
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

**Requirements**

  • 12 months plus experience in a Credit and Collections position
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with key accounts and building relationships
  • Full working rights (PR or AU/NZ citizen)
  • Strong Excel skills
