Job Title

Excellent Retail Management Opportunity

As a seasoned retail professional, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a dynamic team to deliver exceptional results. Your key responsibilities will include managing store operations to achieve sales targets, KPIs, and visual merchandising standards.

  • Drive sales growth by implementing effective strategies to enhance customer experience and increase sales revenue.
  • Mentor and develop your team members to reach their full potential, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
  • Monitor and control stock levels, maintain accurate records, and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Coach and motivate your team to achieve outstanding results in KPIs and added value targets across stores.
  • Closely monitor store sales to identify areas of missed opportunity and implement corrective action plans.
  • Ensure efficient OH&S management and adhere to state and national legislation.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience as a senior sales assistant, supervisor, or 3IC with a proven track record in driving sales and meeting targets.
  • A motivated and driven attitude with a passion for leading and inspiring a team to succeed.
  • Operational excellence and experience with stock control and visual merchandising.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
