Job Description
The Intensive Family Services Case Worker will work within the Family Services team to support Aboriginal people and their families who are referred to the Family Services program. This includes providing timely and effective family support services, home visits, and referrals to relevant services to strengthen parenting skills and promote cultural connection.
Requirements
- Current COVID-19 vaccination
