About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of skilled Java developers and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. You'll oversee the software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architect and implement scalable solutions in our cloud-designed microservices environment using deep understanding of AWS, Java, Spring Framework, and other relevant technologies.
  • Mentor and guide a team of skilled Java developers to drive technical leadership and motivate others with a passion to mentor.
  • Oversee the software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Work closely with product managers, business analysts, delivery managers, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver features that align with business goals.
Requirements
  • Technical leadership experience in building and extending tooling and processes to improve developer productivity, delivery, and consistency.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical requirements effectively to the business and across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to identify and resolve complex technical challenges, ensuring the stability and reliability of our applications.
  • Proven experience in developing, deploying, debugging, and testing.
  • Confidence in applying patterns, techniques, and approaches that ensure high-quality, highly flexible software.

Qualifications
