Exam Deliverer

We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Test Administrator. As a Test Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a secure exam delivery environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide an exceptional customer experience by effectively communicating with candidates and addressing their queries.
• Ensure that all testing procedures are followed and company policies are adhered to.
• Verify candidate identification against test registration and assist candidates in setting up for tests.
• Proctor/invigilate candidates during exams and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise.
• Educate candidates on exam procedures and ensure they understand what is expected of them.
• Escalate policy breaches to relevant business personnel and take necessary actions.
• Perform light housekeeping duties such as vacuuming floors and sanitizing keyboards.
• Complete other ad-hoc duties as directed by management.

Requirements:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
• A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Experience proctoring or invigilating exams is highly desirable.
• A beginner to intermediate level of experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
• The ability to sit for long periods and bend/lift 20 lbs independently is essential.
• Candidates should be comfortable working in a quiet testing environment.
