Role Overview

As a key member of our global investment banking team, you will be responsible for originating, structuring and executing financing and advisory transactions across various products.

  • Developing marketing materials to effectively engage with clients
  • Creating detailed financial models and valuation analysis for pitches and projects
  • Working closely with senior team members and client management teams to execute transactions and identify risks
  • Guiding junior bankers in their analytic work to drive the marketing and execution process forward
  • Providing leadership and mentorship to junior bankers
  • Liaising with internal and external parties on transactions
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance/Economics or a related field from a top-tier institution
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an investment banking front office role
  • Strong financial modeling skills
  • Understanding of transaction cycles and ability to think strategically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-directed and highly motivated individual
