Job Title:
Strategic Customer Care Expert

The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and support. This includes maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, prioritizing customer needs, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities will include serving as the primary point of contact for assigned strategic customer accounts, managing customer expectations, and addressing concerns with a solution-focused approach. The successful candidate will also be responsible for executing best-in-class customer service processes, collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and issue resolution, and monitoring and managing order flow to identify potential service disruptions.

Additionally, the Strategic Customer Care Expert will work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on customer service objectives, support the transition to a centralized customer care model, and actively participate in customer meetings to provide insights and updates on service performance.

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Customer Service, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer service, supply chain, or related role
  • Strong ability to prioritize customer needs while aligning with business objectives
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and analytical mindset
  • Experience working with CRM and ERP systems (SAP experience preferred)
