Delight Customers as a Korean BBQ Specialist

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team in delivering exceptional cultural experiences to locals and tourists.

As a valued team member, you will be responsible for:

  • Setting the Scene: Prepare tables with attention to cleanliness and presentation, ensuring all tables have menus and utensils.
  • Giving Exceptional Service: Greet guests warmly, provide menu knowledge, make recommendations, and ensure an authentic Korean BBQ experience.
  • Taking Orders and Serving Food: Efficiently take and process orders, serve food promptly, and monitor orders for smooth service.
  • Maintaining the Area: Assist guests with cooking, regularly monitor tables, replenish condiments, and remove empty plates.
  • Processing Payments: Process bills efficiently and handle cash and electronic payments accurately.
  • Working Together: Collaborate with fellow staff and management to ensure a smooth service and enjoyable experience.
  • Adhering to Standards: Maintain self-presentation, follow policy and NSW liquor laws, and ensure cleanliness, safety, and duty of care.

This is a casual position available over 6 days a week, with lunch provided during a 1-hour break for staff working both lunch and dinner shifts.

Ongoing support and training will be provided with a focus on Korean BBQ service skills. RSA requirements apply, applicants must be 18+ years old.
