Horticulture Apprentice Role

Seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an apprentice in horticulture. This 4-year program will provide hands-on experience in garden and lawn maintenance, including mowing lawns, edging, planting, hedging, pruning, and irrigation systems.
Key Responsibilities- Learn all aspects of garden and lawn maintenance, including ride-on and push mower operation.
- Conduct site visits to assess and maintain gardens and lawns.
- Develop skills in soil identification and plant care.
- Must possess a valid driver's licence and own reliable transportation.
- Hold a White Card and be physically fit for the demands of the role.
- Successful completion of a 3-year TAFE course.
- Gain industry-recognized qualifications and experience.
- Develop strong skills and knowledge in horticulture.
- Potential opportunity to progress to a Team Leader role upon completion of the apprenticeship.
The successful applicant will work Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm, with some overtime required. The location is Erskinville, New South Wales.
