The role of the Pharmacist involves delivering safe, effective and connected care across a variety of health services. This includes clinical service delivery, medication supply and education.
As a rotational pharmacist, you will have the opportunity to work in different areas, including acute, sub-acute, mental health and community health services.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide safe and effective pharmacy services to patients
- Contribute to the development and implementation of pharmacy policies and procedures
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care
- Full registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia (AHPRA)
- Advanced knowledge of current drug usage, interactions and counselling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Recent experience working as a clinical pharmacist in a hospital setting

Salary range: $135,000.00 - $165,000.00 per annum
