Lead Electrician Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled electrical professional to take on a leadership role within our team at Shallard Electrical, a proud member of the O'Brien Group.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical work, with a proven track record of managing projects, mentoring staff, and maintaining high-quality standards.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of skilled electricians and apprentices, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Manage diverse and challenging projects, ensuring they are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
  • Uphold high-quality standards and procedures, promoting a culture of excellence within the team.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, networks, and suppliers, driving business growth and opportunities.
  • Assist with scheduling, budgeting, and stock management, ensuring seamless operations.

Requirements:

  • A-Grade Electrician license
  • 5+ years of hands-on electrical experience
  • Air Conditioning certification (preferred) or willingness to obtain with company-sponsored training
  • Experience in commercial, industrial, and residential settings
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle complex electrical issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A valid manual driver's license

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus superannuation benefits.
