About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Process Worker to join our team at Bradnam's Windows and Doors in Cairns. As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our factory and the delivery of high-quality products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Picking and cutting metal with precision and accuracy
  • Loading and unloading delivery vehicles with care and attention to detail
  • Using hand and power tools to assemble and manufacture products
  • Working across different lines in the factory to meet production demands
  • Handling products in accordance with approved manual handling techniques and requirements
  • Demonstrating a commitment to safe work practices and adhering to all site requirements

Requirements:

  • A willingness to learn about our products and processes
  • Experience with hand and power tools or a willingness to learn
  • Punctuality and reliability with good communication skills
  • Previous workplace experience with Aluminium Fabrication is highly regarded
  • A positive and self-motivated attitude with a commitment to quality workmanship
