Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cost Estimation Specialist to lead our team in delivering high-quality project cost estimates. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in estimating and cost planning, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and support to the team across all aspects of projects including cost estimates, quantity take-off, value engineering, tendering and evaluation, progress claim and variation assessment, final account close-out.
  • Estimating and cost planning to include producing and presenting the final cost plan report.
  • Measurement of all building elements for cost plan.
  • Engage with market to obtain quotations / pricing to support cost estimate.
  • Progress claim and variation assessments and valuations.

Requirements:
  • Quantity Surveying degree or related field.
  • 10 years post-graduate experience in construction cost management.
  • Achieved AIQS or RICS membership or currently on the pathway to membership.
  • Prior experience in CostX is preferred.
  • Data Centre experience is desirable but not required.
