Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator

A crucial role has become available within our organization for a highly skilled Supply Chain Coordinator. We are seeking an exceptional individual to oversee the procurement, transportation, and delivery of goods to ensure timely project completion.

To be successful in this position, you will require strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and SAP systems is essential.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders to manage logistics and inventory levels.
  • Analyze budget and process shipments efficiently.
  • Collaborate with departments to align logistics with company procedures.
  • Provide numerical analysis and reporting as instructed by manager.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business Management or related field.
  • White Card.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in construction industry in similar role (preferred).
  • Experience working on large-scale construction projects or suitable projects.
  • Microsoft Office suite and SAP systems proficiency.
Competencies:
  • Sound knowledge of construction materials and heavy construction industry experience.
  • Understanding of local and international import/export legislation.
  • Negotiation skills for logistics and inventory management.
  • Adequate knowledge of inbound and outbound logistics/transportation and Supply Chain activities.
  • Ability to understand production process.
  • Fluent English mandatory; additional language an advantage.
  • Collaborative team environment commitment.
  • Strong problem-solving ability.
  • Effective time management.
  • Excellent communication and vendor relationship skills.
  • Attention to detail.
