Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver accurate and timely information to customers, adapting communication styles to suit individual needs
  • Foster a welcoming environment for visitors by promptly addressing their queries and ensuring the waiting area remains comfortable and well-maintained
  • Undertake key administrative duties, including banking, site management, data entry, DMR scanning, risk assessment, and process improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with the Clerical Supervisor to develop and implement a personal growth plan, driving continuous improvement and achieving set goals
