Job Opportunity: Roadside Brush Cutter
We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our roadside maintenance crew as a Roadside Brush Cutter. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for operating various mowing equipment to maintain and enhance roadsides across council-controlled contracts.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain open spaces through efficient and safe operation of zero turn mowers and brush cutters
- Perform regular inspections on equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Ensure lawns and green spaces are maintained to a high standard through regular cutting and trimming
- Complete service requests as required, adhering to safety protocols and procedures
About the Role
This is an opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual with experience in roadside maintenance to take their career to the next level. If you possess a valid Manual Drivers Licence, White Card, and ability to work effectively as part of a team, we encourage you to apply.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in roadside zero turn mowing and brush cutting of open spaces
- Valid Manual Drivers Licence
- White Card
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team and/or individually
- Be punctual and reliable
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
