Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Professional to join our team at Endeavour Foundation. As a Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to live their best lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing support and assistance to individuals with disabilities, enabling them to live independently and participate fully in their communities.
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
  • Supporting individuals with disabilities to achieve their goals and aspirations, through the development of individualized plans and strategies.
  • Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure the provision of high-quality support services.
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements
