
Automotive Support Specialist

At Mövenpick Hotel Hobart, we strive for excellence in providing exceptional service. We are looking for a Valet Attendant who is passionate about delivering outstanding experiences to our guests.
The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the safe parking and retrieval of guest vehicles, while also managing pick-up times to meet early departures. This involves being the first point of contact for guests, greeting them warmly, and assisting with their luggage.
Other key responsibilities include:
- Checking the daily arrival list for VIPs or guests with special needs
- Ensuring the efficient delivery and collection of guest luggage, mail, messages, and equipment
- Guiding guests to their room and assisting with their luggage
- Managing group luggage efficiently
This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as a high level of computer literacy. You will be working across a 7-day roster, including evenings, mornings, and weekends. A Full Tasmanian Manual Driver's Licence is essential for this position.
