SIXT Australia is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to fill the role of Customer Experience Agent/Vehicle Detailer. This full-time position is based in Coffs Harbour and involves working on a rotating roster during location trading hours, including school holidays, weekends, and public holidays.

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, creating and acting upon opportunities to make sales, and ensuring all rental vehicles meet SIXT Australia's high standards of vehicle presentation. Your duties will include communicating with customers face-to-face, over the phone, and via email, opening and closing rental agreements, selling additional over the counter rental products, managing reservations and organizing fleet, inspecting and recording vehicle damage, delivering vehicles between sites, and maintaining a clean and safe working area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through effective communication and relationship-building skills
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to sell additional products and services
  • Maintain high standards of vehicle presentation by ensuring vehicles are cleaned and presented to the correct standard, ready for the next customer
  • Inspect and record vehicle damage, and take corrective action as necessary
  • Deliver vehicles between sites in a safe and efficient manner
Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. You will also need to be flexible and able to work on a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Relevant experience in a customer-facing role, particularly in the automotive or hospitality industry, is highly desirable.

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated hourly rate of $28.69 (Award rate) + shift loadings, plus monthly incentives.
