Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of landscapers to deliver high-quality residential and commercial projects across Brisbane.
  • Schedule Management: Manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion and coordination with clients.
  • Client Liaison: Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional results.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience as a Landscape Foreman or Supervisor.
  • Communication Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and coordinate projects.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret plans, hold relevant licenses (e.g. HR, machinery tickets).
