The Opportunity

As a Senior Developer, you'll play a pivotal role in building, owning, and running services used by multiple systems across our product landscape. You will design, build, and deploy scalable, secure, highly available, and reliable applications hosted on AWS.

About the Team

You'll be part of a cross-functional team consisting of Product Managers, BAs, QAs, Developers, and Engineering/Delivery Managers within the Platform Services division. We strive for product and technical excellence with a relentless approach to delivering value to our customers frequently.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Solid experience working as a Senior Software Developer within an agile team
  • Well-versed in modern languages such as Java, Kotlin, JavaScript, Typescript, etc.
  • Experience in building web apps using modern frameworks such as React or similar
  • Database Experience, including knowledge of SQL, and related data stores such as Postgres
  • Experience with AWS or other public cloud providers
  • Experience with Test Driven Development, utilising unit testing, integration testing, and continuous integration and deployment
  • Good understanding of SDLC principles including agile development methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean and Continuous Delivery
