People and Culture Business Partner

We are seeking a Recruitment Professional to lead the change in the recruitment sector.

This role involves providing strategic recruitment support to our network of hiring managers, focusing on talent acquisition and business growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and growing a network of hiring managers and talent. Your focus will be to support your network as a true recruitment business partner and help them headhunt top talent that will enable them to build high-performing teams.

This role encompasses Recruitment, Business Growth, Client Relationship Management, and Talent Relationship Management. We are looking for a recruitment professional who is seeking a supportive environment to grow to their best potential and develop their business acumen and leadership capabilities.

We specialize in Executive, Finance & Accounting, Financial Services, Insurance, Human Resources, Marketing, Corporate Services, Data & Analytics, and Technology.

About You
  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in agency recruitment (Business Development, Candidate Management & Job Management)
  • A proven track record of delivering results to clients and managing client relationships
  • Strong evidence of billing capability
  • Collaborative in nature with a hunger to grow and thrive
