About the Role
Mater Health Services is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our Medical Ward team at Mater Private Hospital Mackay. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve optimal patient outcomes throughout the patient journey and continuum of care
- Demonstrate exceptional clinical expertise and knowledge of procedures and the management of patients seeking outstanding care

About You
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (no restrictions)
- Recent nursing experience in a medical setting (at least 1-year post-graduate experience)
- Advanced interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to liaise with a variety of different stakeholders both internally and externally at various levels
- The ability to work well autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to ensuring the levels of service is always delivered to patients at all times
