About the Role:
Delivering High-Quality CareThe role of an Enrolled Care Professional is crucial in delivering exceptional care to elderly residents. Working closely with the healthcare team, this individual ensures residents' comfort, safety, and well-being while following care plans and maintaining best practice standards.
Flexible Work ArrangementThis part-time position involves working 30 hours per fortnight with shifts from 3:00pm to 8:00pm, Thursday to Saturday across various residential facilities in the Northern Suburbs. As part of the flexible staffing model, adaptability is key to meeting required needs across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement aspects of the care plan delegated by the registered nurse
- Contribute to the care assessment of individuals and groups
- Assist in evaluating progress toward expected outcomes
- Protect the rights of older persons
- Demonstrate successful interpersonal skills
- Develop effective communication, team building, and accountability strategies
