About the Position
  • Provide exceptional clinical care to residents, prioritizing their physical and emotional well-being

  • Collaborate with care staff to ensure best practices are upheld, promoting a culture of excellence within the facility
Key Requirements
  • Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in aged care, hospital, or community nursing
  • Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills, enabling effective decision-making
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities, fostering strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
