Job Title:

Facilities Maintenance Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective operation of all plant and equipment throughout the Hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first line response to all urgent service requests;
  • Liaise with stakeholders and ensure they are kept informed as to the status of service requests;
  • Pro-actively report to the Facilities Manager any complications which may hinder the flow of service requests;
  • Work hands-on either individually or with team members and contractors;
  • Navigate and monitor the Building Management System.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have 5 years working in a facilities environment including the use of a BMS, able to work afternoon and evening shifts and computer literacy e.g. MS Office.
