Role Overview

This position offers a fulfilling career opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing support and care to people with disabilities. The Disability Support Worker will play a vital role in enabling clients to lead independent lives with dignity.

  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, their families, and other staff members.
  • A minimum Certificate IV in Disability is required, as well as Australian Work Rights and a valid driver's license.
  • The successful applicant will be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and some weekdays, to meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and domestic chores.
  2. Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families.
  3. Contribute to a safe and supportive environment that promotes client independence and dignity.

Requirements

  • Minimum Certificate IV in Disability.
  • Australian Work Rights.
  • Valid driver's license.
