Job Title: Human Resource Officer

Bloom supports small businesses and non-profit organizations across Australia and New Zealand with their HR needs.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resource Officer to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the operational side of HR, juggling multiple tasks and competing priorities while maintaining quality standards.

  • Maintain immaculate records, create job descriptions and contracts, undertake onboarding and compliance checks.
  • Be a source of assurance and support for clients and their employees.
  • Document and create HR processes and policies, and support the talent team with recruitment as required.

This role offers flexibility, reward, and job satisfaction. It can be busy, but the reward is worth it. Our clients need our support, and watching them succeed provides an element of job satisfaction.

Experience with HRIS systems is highly desirable.
