About This Role

Resolving complaints requires a high level of detail and analysis. As an Investigator, you will play a crucial part in addressing these issues for the National Health Practitioner Ombudsman (NHPO). Your responsibilities will include assessing complaints, conducting thorough investigations, and communicating outcomes to stakeholders. By identifying areas for improvement in health practitioner regulation, you will contribute significantly to enhancing the overall system.

The NHPO oversees bodies within the National Registration and Accreditation Scheme, including those responsible for regulating health practitioners in Australia. Complaints are valuable resources for addressing problems with how registered health practitioners are regulated. As an Investigator, you will be at the forefront of this process, working towards systemic improvements.
