Job Title: People Master Data Management Administrator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a People Master Data Management (PMDM) Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of employee data, performing continuous master data validations, and providing support to contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Timely and accurate processing of individual and bulk organisational data maintenance, employee onboarding and offboarding data changes, personal and job data changes, and other people data changes.
  • Performing continuous master data validations, including data cleansing and rationalisation of organisational and people data.
  • Accountable for AD Account Maintenance, triggering IT access requests, maintaining the IT portal, managing queries through to resolution and escalation issues where relevant.
  • Providing support to contractor onboarding and offboarding in relation to creation of profiles in HRIS, terminations, site access, and ongoing contractor maintenance of people data.
  • Assisting with scheduled reporting to stakeholders and delivering the PMDM Quality Assurance program.
  • Providing input into and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to the PMDM function.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in SAP HR employee/contractor proficiency in data management.
  • Knowledge of ERP HR - Success Factors and SAP systems.
  • Strong aptitude for Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, SuccessFactors, and reporting tools.
  • Legislation pertaining to the HR and payroll environment.
  • Effective communication skills and problem-solving initiative.
